Comedian Nick DiPaolo on Supreme Court Nominee Elena Kagan.
And —- not for the faint of heart —- he wraps up that zinger with “She believes the Constitution is a living, breathing thing —- too bad you don’t feel that way about six-week-old fetuses.”
Comedian Nick DiPaolo on The Dennis Miller Show today, July 6, 2010.
Nick KILLS. IT.
He’s a beast. Dennis has actually reached out to his people at Westwood One about getting Nick his own radio show. Listen to this clip. I could definitely listen to him riff for a few hours a day.
Absolutely hilarious.
Tune in to see Nick on Louis C.K.’s new show “Louie” tonight at 11 PM ET on FX.

Last night, at an event held for the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (i.e. Emmy voters), Seth MacFarlane and the cast of Family Guy table read the uncensored abortion script. In the episode, called “Partial Terms of Endearment,” family matriarch Lois agrees to be the surrogate mother for an infertile friend, but contemplates getting an abortion when her friend dies in a car crash. Fox refused to air the episode, but issued a statement at the end of July saying the network supported “the producers’ right to make the episode and distribute it in whatever way they want.”
If it wasn’t clear before, it should be now: MacFarlane doesn’t care who he offends. If that means making jokes about taboo-for-TV topics like abortion, that’s just what Seth’s got to do. The readings elicited laughter and more than a few groans, and MacFarlane joked that he hoped the reading would get his show a few more Emmy votes.
RE: one of said elicited groans:
